Follow this guide to order a server, get panel access, and complete the initial configuration.
Step 1: Purchase a Server#
The first step is to create an account and choose the server specifications you want.
Order the Service
- Register or log in to our client dashboard: clients.arqonara.com.
- Click the Shop menu in the website's Top Bar.
- Choose the Plan and Server Specifications you want.
- Click Add to cart, select the billing period, then click Checkout.
- Complete the payment using your chosen method.
Confirmation (Private Host & VPS)
If you purchased a Private Host or VPS service and the process is taking a long time, please open a ticket to confirm your payment.
Step 2: Panel Access & Password#
After a successful payment, your access credentials will be sent to your email.
Check Email & Spam Box
Check your email for the panel account password setup link.
Caution
Important: Set your password as soon as possible. If you wait too long, the link may expire/become invalid. If this happens, use the forgot password feature.
Log In to the Panel
- Go back to the client dashboard and check the Services menu.
- Click the Go to panel button to be taken to the server panel login page.
- Log in using the account details you set up earlier.
Step 3: Initial Configuration (For Minecraft)#
Your server is ready to use. Here are a few things to know when accessing it for the first time.
Changing the Game Version (Egg)
By default, you'll get the Bungeecord software when you first purchase a server.
If you want to change it (for example, to Survival/Bedrock):
- Go to the Server Panel.
- Open the Settings menu.
- Change the Egg according to your server's needs.
