Sponsorship

The Arqonara Hosting Sponsorship Program is intended to support communities, creators, events, and projects that use game server services.

By accepting a sponsorship, the recipient is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the applicable terms.

Sponsorship Terms & Conditions#

1. Types of Sponsorship

   Arqonara Hosting provides two sponsorship schemes:

   • Partial Sponsorship — a discount of 25%–50%.
   • Full Sponsorship — the service is provided at a 100% discount for the agreed period.

   The sponsorship amount is determined by project needs, partnership potential, exposure, and the evaluation of the Arqonara Hosting team.

2. Scope of Services

   • Sponsorship applies exclusively to game server services provided by Arqonara Hosting.
   • Specifications, resources, location, and service duration are determined by mutual agreement between both parties.
   • Sponsorship services cannot be redeemed for cash, resold, or transferred without the approval of Arqonara Hosting.
   • Resources must be used for the approved project.

3. Recipient Obligations

   The sponsorship recipient is required to:

   • Display the Arqonara Hosting name and/or logo as the sponsor.
   • Provide reasonable exposure appropriate to the project's scale and the sponsorship type.
   • Exposure may take the form of a logo, mention, sponsor credit, announcement, social media content, banner, website, Discord, or other media.
   • Not remove or hide the Arqonara Hosting sponsor identity without approval.
   • Use the service in line with the sponsorship purpose.
   • Maintain communication, coordination, and the good name of Arqonara Hosting.

4. Exposure & Publication

   The form and amount of exposure are adjusted based on the sponsorship type, the project's scale, and the agreement between both parties.

   If the project has social media or public channels, the recipient may be required to provide mentions, publications, credit, or other forms of promotion as agreed.

5. Validity Period & Evaluation

   • Sponsorship is valid for the agreed period.
   • Arqonara Hosting may periodically evaluate the project's progress, service usage, and fulfillment of sponsorship obligations.
   • Sponsorship renewal is not automatic.
   • Resources or the sponsorship form may be adjusted based on the evaluation results.

6. Termination of Sponsorship

   Arqonara Hosting reserves the right to reduce, suspend, or terminate the sponsorship if:

   • There is a violation of the applicable terms.
   • Obligations or exposure are not carried out as agreed.
   • The service is used beyond the original purpose without approval.
   • The project is no longer active.
   • The partnership is deemed not to be running in line with its goals.
   • There is activity that could harm the service or reputation of Arqonara Hosting.

7. Additional Agreements

   Each sponsorship may have additional agreements beyond the general terms.

   Such agreements may cover exposure form, publication frequency, branding placement, service specifications, resources, sponsorship duration, events, campaigns, or other forms of cooperation.

   Additional agreements approved by both parties become part of the relevant sponsorship partnership.

8. Changes to Terms

   Arqonara Hosting reserves the right to change the Sponsorship Program Terms & Conditions when necessary. Changes that affect an active sponsorship will be communicated to the relevant party.

9. Acceptance

   By accepting and using the Arqonara Hosting sponsorship service, the recipient is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable Terms & Conditions and additional agreements.
