Renew Server
Extend a service's active period before its due date.

Every Arqonara service (Game Hosting, Private Host, and VPS) has an active period. Once it expires, the server is automatically suspended and cannot be accessed until you renew.
Note
Renew **before** the due date to avoid downtime. Your data is kept during the grace period, but the server cannot be started.
How to Renew#

Log in to the Client Area#
Open clients.arqonara.com and log in with your account.

Open the Services Menu#
Click the Services menu in the top bar, then select My Services.

Select the Service#
Find the service you want to renew, then click the Manage button next to it.

Choose the Renewal Duration#
On the service detail page, click Renew (or Extend). Pick the renewal duration you want.

Create the Invoice & Pay#
The system creates a new invoice. Pay it using any available method.
Tip
Pay the invoice before the due date so the server is never suspended.
Done#
Once the payment is confirmed, the active period is extended automatically. Check the Next Due Date on the service page to confirm.
