Add Sub-User

Overview#

Sharing server access with friends or server staff is very important when you want to manage a server as a team. With the Sub-User feature, you can give separate access to other people using their email, without having to share your main account password.

Steps#

Step 1: Select a Server#

Log in to the Arqonara Server Panel. On the main page, click on the Server you want to share access to.

Step 2: Open the Users Menu#

Look at the sidebar (menu) on the left side of the screen. Find and click the Users menu.

Step 3: Create a New User#

On the Users page, look at the top right corner. Click the button labeled New User.

Step 4: Configure Email & Permissions#

A pop-up or a new page will appear. Fill in the following details:

• User Email: Enter the email address of the person you want to invite.
• Permissions: Check which features that person is allowed to access.

Step 5: Send the Invitation#

Once the email is filled in and the permissions are selected, click the Invite User button (or Save).

The system will automatically send an email to that address with instructions for setting a password and logging in to the panel.

Permissions Explanation

• Control: Permission to Start, Stop, and Restart the server.
• Console: Permission to view server logs and type commands.
• File Manager: Permission to edit, upload, or delete server files.
• Backup: Permission to create or restore backups.

Managing Users#

After a user has been added, you can change or revoke their access at any time.

• Edit Access: Click the pencil icon on the user's name to change their permissions.
• Remove User: Click the trash (delete) icon to permanently remove their access from your server.
