Two-Step Verification (2FA) adds a layer of security to your panel account. Once enabled, you must enter a code from an authenticator app every time you log in.
Note
After 2FA is enabled, keep your **recovery code** in a safe place. Without it, you can be locked out of your account if you lose your device.
Enable 2FA#

Install an Authenticator App#
Install an app such as Google Authenticator, Authy, or Microsoft Authenticator on your phone.

Open the 2FA Settings in the Panel#
Log in to panel.arqonara.com, then open the account menu → Two-Step Verification (or Account → Security).

Scan the QR Code#
The panel shows a QR code. Scan it with your authenticator app.

Enter the Code#
Type the 6-digit code shown in the app, then click Enable / Confirm.

Save the Recovery Code#
Copy the recovery code provided and store it somewhere safe.
Disable 2FA#
- Open the Two-Step Verification menu again.
- Enter the code from your authenticator app to verify.
- Click Disable.
Caution
Disabling 2FA lowers your account security. Only do it if truly necessary.
